Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services in Bend and surrounding areas. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, office cleaning, and
post-construction cleaning. The scope of work will be agreed upon during walk through, or before each appointment.

2. Scheduling and Access
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter the property, a lockout fee of $50 may apply. Arrival windows may vary by up to 1 hour due to traffic or prior appointments.Â

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. We understand life happens, if this is an emergency we will consider waiving fees.Â

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are based on the size and condition of the home, as well as the type of service requested. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards(additional fee for processing), and approved digital methods
(Venmo, Zelle, etc.) A late fee of $20 may be applied if the balance is not paid after the 5 day grace period and 1.5% interest each month unpaid.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to return and address the issue at no additional charge.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are asked to pick up personal items and clutter prior to our arrival, unless organizing has been discussed as part of the service requested. This allows us to focus on cleaning the entirety of the home. Any valuable or fragile items should be removed prior to service, we are not responsible for damage to items that are improperly secured or disclosed as fragile(e.g. loose light fixtures, improperly installed items). Collectors items or any surface that is over 50% occupied may not be included in the service, unless previously agreed upon, as the caution required to clean those areas is extremely time consuming and a liability.Â

7. Pets
We ask that anxious or aggressive pets are secured to ensure safety of our cleaners. We do not handle pet waste, biohazards, or any hazardous material.Â

8. Health and Safety
If a household member is ill with a contagious condition please reschedule the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if an environment poses any health risk. We will not clean any hazardous material (e.g. pet waste, blood, loose sanitary items.)

9. Liability and Damages
As stated above, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. We will use extra caution as long as the client informs of anything fragile prior to appointment. While we take utmost care, accidental damage may occur. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service. Coven Cleaning Co. Is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the service. Cleaning services are not intended to restore items or surfaces to like-new condition. Results may vary based on age, wear, and condition.

10. Furniture Moving Restrictions
For safety and liability reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or large items, including but not limited to beds, dressers, sofas, appliances, or items exceeding a reasonable weight. Cleaning will be performed around such items. If cleaning behind or beneath furniture is requested, the client is responsible for moving the items prior to scheduled service. We may move small, lightweight items at our discretion; however we are not responsible for any damage to items that are not properly secured or unstable.Â

11. Supplies and Equipment
We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If the client requests the use of specific products, they must supply them and assume responsibility for any outcomes.Â

12. Privacy Disclosures
Clients must disclose the presence of any surveillance or recording devices located inside the home prior to service. Cameras are permitted only in common areas and must not be placed in private spaces such as bathrooms or changing areas. Oregon law ORS 165.540(1)(c) restricts audio recording without consent from all parties. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if cameras are undisclosed or violate privacy expectations. Client information is kept private and used only for service-related purposes.Â

13. Termination and Refusal of Service
Either party may terminate services at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue service at our discretion. Including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, inappropriate or abusive behavior, undisclosed hazards, or circumstances that prevent us from performing services effectively or safely. Any outstanding balances for services leading up to termination date remain due and payable.
